please help

Server dc'd everyone when I tried to log back in my bot (Druidbot) account is now banned. All I can guess that caused is he was dead when I walked into Jack Frost area and it teleported his dead body.

Can you please unban the account?...

Hello?  Are there any active GMs or Admins for this server?...I realize I could easily reroll a new account but I'd really rather not lose all my DS/TG gear from that account.

EDIT: It appears now my main account is also banned. This is now my THIRD banned account and still no GM's or admins will respond. I've tried finding someone in game and on the forum. Can someone please answer me on this? Getting a bit absurd.
